  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 5–10 business days

  • Ideal for most domestic orders

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Available at checkout for an additional cost

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $25. A flat $4.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $25.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties will be calculated at checkout


4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations

  • International delivery times typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on customs and local carriers

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number

  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website

  • If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to refresh


6. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to meet delivery estimates, carriers may experience delays due to:
