Return & Refund Policy for Carson’s 3D Creations

Thank you for shopping at Carson’s 3D Creations! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • You must provide your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective).

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@carsons3dcreations.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to ship the item.

Important: Returns without authorization will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Carson’s 3D Creations is not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact customer support.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are processed or shipped.
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order.
